Talktune Data Deletion Policy

1. Introduction
At TalkTune, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This policy outlines the process for requesting the deletion of your data from our systems.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
- Log in to your TalkTune account: Access your account settings by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner of the app.
- Navigate to Privacy Settings: In your account settings, find and click on the "Privacy" or "Data Management" section.
- Initiate Data Deletion Request: Look for the option labeled "Delete My Data" or "Request Data Deletion" and click on it.
- Confirm Your Request: You will be asked to confirm your decision. Please note that this action is irreversible.
- Verify Your Identity: For security purposes, you may be required to re-enter your password or provide additional verification.
- Await Confirmation: Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 30 days for the process to complete.
3. What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon your request, we will delete all personal data associated with your account, including but not limited to:
- Personal profile information
- Practice session recordings and transcripts
- Performance analytics and progress reports
- Any custom content you've created within the app
Please note that some information may be retained for legal or operational purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
4. Alternative Method
If you are unable to access your account or prefer an alternative method, you can email our Data Protection Officer at dpo@talktune.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your TalkTune account in the body of the email.
5. Third-Party Data
If you've used TalkTune through a third-party platform (such as Facebook), we will also remove any data associated with that integration. However, you may need to contact the third-party platform directly to remove data from their systems.
