Subscription Management
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this from your account settings.
Cancellation Process:
- Log in to your TalkTune account
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
Note: You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Where can I find my invoices?
You can find your invoices in your account settings under the billing section.
Accessing Invoices:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to Settings > Billing
- Click on "Payment History"
- Download or view your invoices
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.

- PayPal
- Bank transfers (for annual plans)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (mobile apps)
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Plan Changes:
- Upgrades: Applied immediately with prorated charges
- Downgrades: Take effect at next billing cycle
- Annual Plans: Prorated based on remaining days

- Upload proof of enrollment
- Wait for verification (usually 24-48 hours)

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:
- Free trial: No charges if cancelled within 14 days
- Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
- Annual plans: Prorated refunds available within 30 days
Account Retention:
- Cancelled accounts retain data for 90 days
- Reactivation possible within retention period
- Permanent deletion after 90 days
